This notice covers the VoiceMate website and mobile applications operated by Illumind Software LLP. Contact: contact@illumind.software.

Information we collect

Signup collects your name, email, authentication information, and language preferences. Supabase handles password, Google, or Apple sign-in authentication.

We process scripts, recordings, uploads, generated audio, transcripts, custom voices, history, usage, billing records, support messages, and technical logs. Email delivery and engagement events may be recorded where enabled.

Uses and service providers

We use this information to operate accounts and tools, process and store inputs/results, manage payments, send service emails, provide support, and protect the website. Providers used depend on the tool and configuration:

• Supabase: authentication, database, and media storage. Vercel: website hosting.
• WaveSpeed, including MiniMax models: speech generation, voice cloning, and voice design. ElevenLabs: speech and audio tools. OpenAI: transcription.
• Resend: service and product emails. Whop and PayPal: payments and billing.
• RevenueCat, Apple, and Google: mobile subscription processing, purchase status, and store-linked customer identifiers.
• Cloudflare Turnstile: signup protection where configured. Google Analytics: optional website analytics you can turn off at any time. Providers apply their own processing and retention terms.

Cookies and optional analytics

Required browser storage supports login and preferences. Google Analytics stays off until you accept it. Change your choice at any time in Cookie settings; see the Cookie Policy.

Retention and deletion

Uploads, outputs, and history are stored with your account for product features. Deleting a clone removes it from your account, releases its slot, and queues sample/preview cleanup when needed. WaveSpeed/MiniMax provider-side model deletion cannot currently be guaranteed.

Request account-data access, correction, export, or deletion at contact@illumind.software. We may need to verify identity. Legal, billing, security, backup, and provider-retention requirements may limit or delay erasure; deletion does not guarantee immediate removal of every copy.

Safeguards and privacy requests

We use account-scoped access and private media storage with signed links. No system is completely secure. Privacy rights depend on applicable law; contact us to make a request.

Age and policy updates

VoiceMate is intended for adults, not children under 18.

We update this notice as the website changes; the date above identifies this revision. External apps and services have their own privacy notices.
