Scope and browser storage

This policy covers cookies and similar browser storage on the VoiceMate website, not the separate mobile apps.

Required storage

Authentication/session storage keeps you signed in; preferences and tool-related browser storage support features you choose. These are separate from optional analytics.

Optional Google Analytics

Google Analytics is enabled by default and loads on every page until you turn analytics off in Cookie settings. Google may receive page, device, browser, and interaction information. Advertising consent remains denied; Google signals and ad-personalization signals are disabled.

A choice made in Cookie settings is saved in the first-party vm_consent cookie for 12 months and reused on later visits. No such cookie is stored while analytics is simply left on.

Changing your choice

Use Cookie settings in the footer or the button below to turn analytics on or off at any time. There are no separate in-app cookie-category controls.

Rejecting analytics disables further Google Analytics collection and clears accessible first-party Analytics cookies. It does not undo information already sent or remove cookies owned by external websites.

Storage lifetime and browser controls

Session lifetimes depend on the authentication provider. Other browser preferences last until changed or cleared; Analytics cookie expiry depends on Google’s configuration.

Browser controls can block or clear storage. Clearing required storage may sign you out and reset preferences or your consent choice. It does not delete account files or provider-held data.

External services and contact

Google sign-in, Cloudflare Turnstile, and external payment services may use their own cookies or storage under their own policies.
