Welcome to VoiceMate. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the VoiceMate application operated by VoiceMate
By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Use of the app
VoiceMate provides features such as:
- Voice cloning (recorded or uploaded samples)
- Text-to-speech generation
- Audio previews and downloads
The app is intended for personal, creative, and entertainment purposes. You agree not to use it for illegal, harmful, misleading, or unauthorized activity, including impersonation, fraud, harassment, or rights infringement.
We may suspend or terminate access if misuse or abuse is detected.
2. Subscriptions and payments
VoiceMate is offered as a subscription service. Example plan structure includes:
- Weekly: $6.99
- Monthly: $19.99
- Yearly: $99
- Top-up credits: $5
Prices may vary by region or store. Payments are handled by Apple App Store and Google Play and follow their billing terms.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
- You must manage cancellation through the store where you purchased
- Unused quota is generally non-refundable unless required by law or policy
3. Voice cloning and generated content
You are solely responsible for content created with VoiceMate. You agree that:
- You have the legal right to upload and use your audio inputs
- You will not generate or distribute harmful or infringing content
- Generated voices are used only for lawful and ethical purposes
We disclaim liability for misuse of generated voice output and may suspend accounts for abuse.
4. Intellectual property
App code, design, and features remain the property of Illumind Software LLP except where third-party services apply.
You may not copy, reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the app without written permission.
5. Data and privacy

The app may request access to microphone and file storage to enable core features such as recording and audio upload.
6. Disclaimers
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted service, performance, or specific results.
VoiceMate may rely on third-party providers for processing, and provider outages or limitations can affect availability.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Illumind Software LLP is not liable for:
- Direct or indirect damages from use or misuse of the app
- Content generated, shared, or distributed by users
- Loss from interruptions, outages, or technical failures

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
