14-day money-back window is available for eligible new subscriptions with no credit usage.
Subscription refunds
14-day money-back window
- Available for eligible first-time subscriptions only
- Request must be submitted within 14 days of purchase
- No credits may be used during this period to remain eligible
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method
After 14 days
- You can cancel at any time to prevent future renewals
- Billing periods with any credit usage are non-refundable
- Service-impacting incidents are handled with priority support review
Credits and usage
Subscription credits
- Once any subscription credits are used after purchase, that subscription charge is non-refundable
- If no credits are used, requests may be reviewed within the policy window
- Failed generations caused by platform errors are eligible for corrective action
Voice cloning credits
- If cloning fails to complete due to platform error, replacement credits or corrective action applies
- Used credits are not refundable
Non-refundable items
Items typically not eligible for refund include:
- Any subscription where credits have been used after purchase
- Successfully used generation credits
- Completed and downloaded outputs
- Renewal periods outside the policy window
Verified billing errors may still be corrected. This does not apply to credits already used.

Typical review time is 1-2 business days. Payment-provider processing can add 3-5 business days.
Special circumstances
- Verified billing errors are refunded immediately after validation
- Major service disruptions may qualify for service credits or account extensions
- Technical defects preventing core usage are reviewed with priority
Fair use policy
We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of fraud, repeated abuse of refund workflows, or violation of Terms of Service.
